All leaders at Leroy Merlin
Leroy Merlin, which specialises in construction, DIY and gardening, has sought to be a learning organisation since 1995, and this is undoubtedly one of the keys to the company’s success, which benefits from skilled staff dedicated to customer service and innovation.
In the digital sphere, this ambition has taken shape in its ‘Tous leaders’ programme, which engages employees in building the company’s future. The home décor department, which is the most profitable, is an innovation that originated on the shop floor.
This approach is supported and amplified by the xLMS® platform, which enables employees to receive 360-degree feedback and develop their skills through a range of online, live and on-the-job training methods.

Two projects, one platform at Dalloz
One company, several independent projects: Prépa Dalloz, Dalloz Editions, Dalloz Formation Continue.
Using a single instance of the xLMS® solution, Dalloz deploys several subdomains to serve distinct projects, each with a completely different design and user flow.
One of the projects is open and designed as a website, with online sales, whilst the other focuses on tutoring, assessment and marking of exam papers.
The user experience is responsive and much of the content is created directly using the platform’s educational resource editor.

Certified training courses at Dekra
The QUALIOPI-certified training organisation DEKRA Services France has chosen MOBITEACH to revitalise and digitise its training courses!
Its aim is to train people in the role of vehicle inspector and to deliver statutory training courses.
The roll-out of MOBITEACH has made it possible to modernise the training courses, making them more interactive and engaging whilst simplifying administrative management, whether upstream to prepare sessions or downstream to meet regulatory requirements.
As a result, more than 4,500 trainees are trained each year, either in person or remotely, with over 130,000 hours of training delivered across mainland France and the overseas departments and territories.
Product knowledge assessment at FNAC DARTY
The FNAC DARTY Academy has mobilised its entire sales network for a large-scale self-assessment campaign using Quiz Manager.
More than 5,000 sales staff have selected and completed quizzes tailored to their specialist areas, enabling the creation of personalised training programmes and strengthening in-store expertise across the country.
Regulatory compliance and large-scale network management
Abeille Assurances uses xLMS to transform the regulatory requirement for the Duty to Advise (DDA) into a collective management system.
The platform manages 15 hours of certified training for over 14,000 learners, ensuring compliance, autonomy in individual learning pathways and traceability on a large scale.
Assessment at Renault
RENAULT assesses its global internal and external sales and technical network in 27 languages using Quiz Manager.
Now that knowledge management is effective, Renault is focusing on managing skills in the field by observing the transfer of best practices.
With the strategic R-Labelling project, RENAULT has launched a certification process for its network of 70,000 employees and agents.
Quiz Manager enables the effective combination of assessment and field observation in a blended approach.

All authors at Decathlon
Decathlon has chosen Elucidat to roll out the use of tools for educational content creation among its staff.
The authoring tool has been rolled out globally across 40 countries with more than 1,000 internal authors.
Supported by XPERTEAM-EASY, Decathlon has implemented a strategy to empower content creators, who are free to submit their proposals provided they comply with Decathlon’s charter and codes.
As a result, over 4,000 pieces of high-quality content have been produced in 15 months.
Raising staff awareness of climate issues at Auchan
In 2022, Auchan Retail International rolled out a global programme to raise awareness of climate issues, engaging 160,000 employees through two complementary pathways.
To realise this ambition on an international scale, the company chose Elucidat, a robust and collaborative authoring tool.
Building on the initial initiative, Auchan Retail is now empowering its local teams to create content, with the aim of accelerating the production and distribution of modules by training more content creators internationally.
