How the FNAC DARTY Academy has streamlined the assessment and training of its sales network through the use of Quiz Manager

The FNAC DARTY Academy has launched a large-scale assessment campaign across its entire sales network in France. More than 5,000 sales staff, working across all departments (books, multimedia, home appliances, mobile phones, etc.), were involved. The aim was to standardise and modernise the skills development process, whilst taking into account the diversity of staff profiles.

The assessment campaign carried out using Quiz Manager demonstrated that it was possible to combine large-scale assessment, personalised learning pathways and employee engagement.

In light of the success of this first wave, FNAC DARTY has launched a second campaign aimed at managers, following the same principle:

  • Thematic assessments: for all managers.
  • Objective: to strengthen the managerial skills, to promote leadership in the field and ensure a consistency in management practices across the entire network.

This broader approach helps to foster a comprehensive culture of skills development for both sales teams and their managers, thereby ensuring consistency and greater efficiency at a national level.
