How Auchan Retail is rallying its staff around climate action<\/h1><\/div>

Auchan Retail International: raising staff awareness of climate issues with Elucidat and support from Xperteam<\/h3><\/div>

In 2022, Auchan Retail International launched a global programme to raise awareness of climate issues. The aim is to engage all employees in the environmental transition through two complementary pathways. <\/p>\n

The first is aimed at the Top 750 \u2014 members of country executive committees and their direct reports \u2014 to embed these issues within the governance framework. The second targets managers and operational teams (logistics, finance, procurement, communications, IT, etc.) to translate these issues into concrete practices. <\/p>\n<\/div>
